- Municipal Court Judge – Preside over both jury and bench trials. Oversee cases dealing with a variety of matters including assaults, code violations, juvenile offender and traffic violations. - Magistrate Judge – Review all incoming police reports to determine probable cause; review requests for search and arrest warrants; set bond amounts, special bond conditions or fines; confer with county and criminal district court judges as needed; oversee administrative staff and work together with detention staff to insure efficiency.
